This role is responsible managing and investigating daily settlements and input of sales claims. Located in Eastern Creek, this organisation has new and modern facilities with world-class equipment. This is a permanent opportunity for a dynamic Credit Claim Administrator to join this international brand in the manufacturing and consumer goods industry. Working within a fast paced yet supportive team, this role requires someone with strong time management skills. As the Credit Claims Administrator, your day to day duties will include:
- Managing daily reconciliations
- Investigating and verifying credits against sales figures
- Processing and approving claims
- Maintenance and reporting on outstanding rebates
Desired Skills and Experience
To ensure success in this role, previous experience in a similar role will be required along with the following skills:
- Strong systems knowledge and the ability to adapt to new systems
- Advanced Word, Excel, Access and Windows XP skills
- Innovative thinker
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
