Located in North Sydney, within close walking distance from the train station, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly talented and motivated team across both EMEA and America. This is a contract role until June 2025 with strong prospects to extend to 18-months.

The Opportunity

As an Executive Assistant, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel (both domestic and international) and provide essential administrative support.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactively manage the Lead's complex calendar and prioritise meetings.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and manage domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Reconcile expense reports and assist with budget tracking.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage group information with integrity.
  • Support team morale events and other ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Previous Executive Administration experience from Mid to Senior Level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of digital communications techniques and social media engagement. 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Outoging and proactive.
  • Previous Tech experience is a plus.
