The Organisation

Deliver high level Post Sales support to a leading technology company in the food delivery industry. Operating in over 30+ countries, our client is at the forefront of delivering products and services to help businesses reach more customers.

This role is completely remote and suitable to those working within Australia. The position will be an initial 6-month contract with strong prospects to convert to permanent.

About the role

As an Account Manager, you will support some of our clients largest Consumer Packaged Goods partners as they grow their partnership with the organisation. Someone with extensive experience in Media Ad sales or have Account Management experience in a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) environment will be well suited for this role.    

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage existing CPG advertising campaigns, including campaign forecasting and performance reporting and identifying optimisation and upsell opportunities
  • Work with cross-functional partners including catalogue and data teams to ensure campaign delivery and identify coverage expansion opportunities
  • Build relationship with and meet with key CPG stakeholders to further understand pain-points, identify, opportunities, and answer questions
  • Share on-the-ground insights with sales leadership and operations team

About you

  • Experience in Account Management, Partner Manager, Ad/Media Sales.
  • A passion for and experience in hitting/exceeding goals.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Experience in Digital Media and/or Digital Marketing.
  • Experience working in the CPG environment
  • Comfortable with data analysis and reporting with client discussions.
