Aston Carter is seeking experienced Customer Service professionals to work with an enthusiastic and fast paced team in a global company. Initially, this will be a 4 month contract with views to extension. Located in North Sydney, this global company is a leader in their industry and is looking for a vibrant and motivated Customer Service professional with the drive to take the next step in their career.
 

The Role:

  • Managing customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Being first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effectively deal with customer enquiries, complaints and other issues.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and report on issues.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of current services and products.
  • Actively seek feedback from stakeholders to improve and streamline processes.
  • Action or escalate customer complaints and service requirements to relevant departments in a timely manner.
     

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working in multi-faceted organisation.
  • Efficient data entry skills and with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of customer service while working under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Immaculate phone manner with previous call centre experience.
  • Exposure to high volume order processing.
  • Focussed work ethic with desire to exceed goals.
