We are looking for a Customer Service Officer who has great experience and is eager to take the next step in their career.
As a Customer Care Officer you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients and suppliers. Your duties will include processing and managing orders, invoicing, delivery time management and responding to all client queries via phone or email. Being a first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. As well as communication skills, we are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, to sufficiently enter appropriate data.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a Customer Service role
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to demonstrate high attention to detail and thrive in a fast paced working environment
- Strong systems knowledge and the ability to adapt to new systems.
