The Role

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Consultant will include but not limited to: 
  • Identifying and meeting the needs of customers. 
  • Gain an understanding of the companies products to ensure accurate detail is being provided.
  • Responding to client queries via phone and email. 
  • Have the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of one year experience in a Customer Service role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills. 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. 
  • SAP, MYOB or a CRM system experience.
