Working as a Sales Support and Customer Service Consultant you will be responsible for managing complex orders, delivering quality service to long standing customers and ensuring that every customer receives their orders, by managing delivery times, dealing with complex enquiries and building fantastic relationships. You will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager for the office and working with 10 other team members.


  • Process 'made to order' sales and manage with the customer
  • Manage cases and enquiries to deliver timely resolutions
  • Maintain and update customer information and records
  • Manage communication between customer and other internal stakeholders
  • Raise invoices and ensure payment for the business
  • Provide sales support for sales team


  • Previous experience in order processing or supply chain is essential
  • Demonstrated experience in a Customer Service/Sales Support or similar role
  • SAP Experience
  • Experience with Made to Order processes is a must
  • Strong attention to detail to deal with tracking complex orders
  • High level communication to interact with customers and internal - written and verbal
  • Manage and deliver to deadlines
