Media Sales Advisor
We are currently seeking a Media Sales Advisor in Melbourne CBD and inner suburbs to work with our client, who are a national marketing and advertising company, in a Client Facing Sales role. On offer is a 78k package, an OTE of 40k and a 12.5k car allowance.

This is a highly autonomous B2B client facing role that will see you on the road daily, developing long term business relationships and offering creative and tailored marketing solutions. You will be responsible for partnering closely with local businesses across Melbourne, understanding their needs and coming up with key advertising solutions to boost performance.

Trust and honesty are absolutely vital to this role, as you will be responsible for your own operations to meet sales KPI's. With a self-starter mentality and a drive to be a top performing account manager, you will be successful in this role. You will have the opportunity to work from home, while still working closely with the sales team based in Melbourne.


Reporting to the Account Director, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Drive your own mobile operating rhythm
  • Partnering with local businesses and building relationships through client facing meetings
  • Managing a portfolio of 170 accounts across the state
  • Contacting and investigating business opportunities
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored advertising solutions
  • Interpret Google analytic data
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Honesty and trust to meet sales KPI's without supervision


  • Experience working in an autonomous B2B client facing role without supervision
  • Drive and motivation to meet sales KPI's
  • Hunger for continuous training and development
  • Ability to build long-term partnerships
  • Sell tailored marketing and advertising solutions
  • Knowledge in SEO/SEM highly beneficial
