As the Talent Acquisition Specialist for this organisation, you will be able to network yourself with internal and external stakeholders from all experience levels and build relationships across all verticals of the business.
This is a 2 month contract and you will be working alongside a team of 14. You will have the opportunity to partner with senior executives within the business right through to warehouse managers and supervisors, giving you full exposure to all stakeholders within the organisation. Managing recruitment for a variety of departments and specialisations, you will partner with stakeholders and managers across the business.
In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver people solutions to the organisation and source top talent. Your role is critical for team success and day-to-day will include:
- Build a creative sourcing strategy to attract high quality candidates
- Generate strong talent pools for your specialisation
- Collaborate with Managers on running interviews for potential candidates
- Create and implement induction plans for new employees
Skills for Success
If you have a passion for recruitment and a hunger for working in a fast paced and dynamic team environment. Previous experience in recruitment from either agency or internal will be essential, you will understand the end to end recruitment process.
