This is a unique opportunity, and we are seeking an experienced, highly efficient candidate for this role. Work in the heart of Sydney in the CBD, in a fast paced technology company. 
The Opportunity
Our client is offering a 12 month contract role with a highly attractive salary. Your role will be providing professional and administrative support including diary management, travel arrangements, organising meeting rooms, reporting and the ability to multi task. 
The Role
• Provide organisational and administrative assistance
• Inbox, calendar and travel management
• Process expenses and invoices
• Creating drafts and emails for the director
• Promote processes in the business
Desired Skills and Experience
• 4 years experience in an EA role. 
• Previous experience in an IT environment preferable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive with a high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar systems.
