The Organisation
This organisation is a national company in the FMCG space who are seeking an experienced, driven and practical Executive Assistant to support the multiple directors in a division of the business. This is a unique opportunity to work with industry leading professionals. Located in Homebush, this role is initially a 3 month contract with views to extension.


The Role
As the Executive Assistant your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide organisational and administrative assistance
  • Inbox, calendar and travel management
  • Process expenses and invoices
  • Creating drafts and emails for the directors
  • Promote processes in the business

Experience and Skills Required

  • 4 year’s experience in an administration support role
  • Previous experience in an IT environment preferable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive with a high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar systems
