We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to work with one of Australia's up and coming Digital Applications. Our client is a company of like-minded, target-driven people looking for a committed individual who is ready for their next career challenge. You will be a driven individual who is looking to perform well, has experience in sales and managing team. You will have a positive and resilient attitude and will be efficient in engage with clients.
Reporting to the General Manager your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Directing and supporting the sales team
- Meeting with corporate clients
- Acquire new business and revenue through meetings and networking
- Cross-sell and up-sell, building strong client relationships
- Hit KPI's - daily, weekly and monthly - and maintain a quality approach / standard
- Be a positive team player where you can impact and support each other
- Share ideas and innovate sales approach
- Minimum 2 years management experience - sales environment preferred
- Understanding of digital landscape - particularly digital applications
- Strong communication skills, ability to actively listen and uncover needs-based sales opportunities
- Proactive approach
- Experience in hospitality or corporate would be highly regarded
- You are a target-driven sales professional who exceeds KPI's on a daily basis
- You are an enthusiastic team player who motivates those around you
- Can do, positive attitude demonstrating a high level of resilience whilst being empathetic
